DISTILLO Expo is the international trade fair dedicated to craft micro-distillation and world of spirits, organised by Craft Distilling in partnership with Unione Italiana Vini (UIV), within SIMEI, the leading European event for oenology and bottling technologies. It takes place every two years at Fiera Milano Rho, bringing together the entire craft spirits supply chain: from machineries to botanicals, from packaging to experiential tourism.

DISTILLO mission is to create the only B2B meeting point for the Italian micro-distillation: a place where producers, suppliers, consultants and buyers discuss techniques, regulations, markets and innovation. Each edition aims to strengthen Italy’s role as European hub for high-quality craft distillation.

The history

DISTILLO was founded in 2018 as an initiative by Claudio Riva and Davide Terziotti, founders of CD Italy S.r.l. and leading authors in the Italian spirits sector, with the aim of bringing craft micro-distillation into Italy’s main wine exhibition. Since its first edition, the trade fair has grown to become the most recognised B2B appointment of the supply chain, with over 360 exhibitors and 2.600 professional visitors at the 2024 edition.
